REGULAR STORE
Basic store with standard features. In case of any scam or fraudulent activity involving regular stores, EcomBangla CORP cannot take any responsibility or provide assistance beyond basic platform services. Transactions with regular stores are at your own risk.
VERIFIED STORE
Stores that have provided additional verification documents. If a scam occurs with a verified store, we can provide the affected buyer with the store's contact information and any documents we have on file, subject to privacy laws and verification of the scam claim.
PREMIUM STORE
Premium stores have provided complete legal documentation. In case of proven scam, we can provide affected parties with store information and legal documents. EcomBangla CORP may provide special assistance to premium store customers, though ultimate responsibility lies with the store.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EcomBangla CORP provides a platform for buyers and sellers to transact. We are not directly responsible for any scams, frauds, or disputes between users. Our role is limited to providing available information as per store category and taking appropriate action against violating stores, which may include suspending accounts or taking legal action if necessary.
EcomBangla CORP reserves the right to take any action against users who violate these terms, including but not limited to:
- Suspension or termination of user accounts
- Removal of product listings
- Withholding payments
- Sharing information with law enforcement authorities
- Taking legal action as deemed necessary
Users agree that EcomBangla CORP may use their documents and information for verification and enforcement purposes as needed.
All users must:

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
